1. Payment Models
Framora-AI operates on both one-time credit purchases and recurring subscription models.
2. One-Time Credit Purchases
Once a credit top-up package is purchased and added to your account, the transaction is considered final. Due to the digital nature of credits, we generally do not offer refunds once the credits have been issued.
3. Subscription Refunds and Cancellations
Cancellations: You can cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle, and you will not be charged for the next period.
Refunds: We do not offer partial refunds for the remaining period of a subscription. If you believe your subscription was billed in error, please contact us within 48 hours of the transaction.
4. Refund Eligibility Exception
Refunds may be granted at our discretion under the following circumstances:
- Technical Failure: If a confirmed platform-wide technical error prevented you from accessing the service for an extended period.
- Unauthorized Charging: If you were charged due to a verified billing system error or duplicate billing.
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction date.

6. Processing Refunds

7. Abuse of Policy
We reserve the right to refuse refund requests that we believe are fraudulent or made in bad faith. Frequent refund requests may lead to account suspension.
