By accessing and using Framora-AI (the "Service"), a product by Aucio Infotech ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Description of Service

Framora-AI is an AI-powered platform that allows users to generate YouTube thumbnails. The Service includes various features, tools, and content provided through our website.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Aucio Infotech and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

Users retain ownership of the prompts provided to the Service. However, by using the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display the generated content for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

5. Payments and Credits

Framora-AI offers two types of payment models:

• One-time Purchases: Users can purchase credit top-up packages. These credits are added to the user's balance immediately upon successful payment.
• Subscriptions: Users can subscribe to recurring plans. Subscription fees are billed on a periodic basis (e.g., monthly) and include a set number of credits allocated at the start of each billing cycle.

All credit purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by law or specified in our Refund Policy. Credits have no cash value and are non-transferable.

6. Subscriptions and Recurring Billing

By choosing a subscription plan, you authorize Aucio Infotech to charge your chosen payment method for the recurring subscription fee. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings.

Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. You will continue to have access to your subscription credits until the period ends. Unused subscription credits may expire at the end of the billing cycle unless explicitly stated otherwise in your plan details.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law.
• Generate content that is offensive, harmful, or violates the rights of others.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the Service.
• Use any automated system, including robots or scrapers, to access the Service without our prior written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Aucio Infotech, its directors, employees, or partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
