Framora-AI provides software-as-a-service (SaaS) and digital assets. We do not ship physical products.

2. Delivery of Credits

• One-time Top-ups: Credits purchased via top-up packages are added to your balance immediately upon successful payment confirmation.
• Subscription Credits: Credits associated with subscription plans are allocated to your account at the start of each billing cycle (e.g., monthly).

3. Delivery of Generated Content

All AI-generated thumbnails are delivered digitally through the platform. Completion times vary based on server load but are typically available within seconds to minutes. You can access these files directly in the browser or via your "My Creations" history.

4. Access Delays

If your credits or generated images are not visible within 30 minutes of a successful transaction or request, please verify your payment status and then contact our support team.
